These socks are made from a blend of Coolmax and nylon. Coolmax fabric wicks sweat away from the skin and accelerates evaporation, maintaining dryness during physical activity. It also inhibits the growth of odor-causing bacteria. Nylon adds enhanced elasticity and extends product lifespan, reducing return rates from end users. We use Coolmax fabric with official brand authorization, and all materials comply with OEKO-TEX Standard 100.
We employ a 200-needle knitting process, which produces a tighter and more consistent weave compared to the industry-standard 144-needle process. This results in a smoother texture, reduced pilling and improved fit. Products made with 200-needle knitting can support higher retail price points compared to lower-needle alternatives.
Each pair features a handcrafted seamless toe design, which eliminates the raised seam that can cause friction and blisters during movement. This construction method improves end-user comfort and increases customer satisfaction and repeat purchase rates.
We provide free logo design services. Logos can be applied using jacquard, printing or embroidery techniques, and can be placed on the cuff, footbed or body of the sock.
